Optimal Vending was founded by Jessica Carter, a local entrepreneur, mother, and community advocate with a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.

After navigating one of life’s biggest transitions, Jessica chose to invest in herself and pursue entrepreneurship. What started as a single opportunity quickly became a vision: to build a dependable vending company that serves businesses, employees, students, and visitors throughout Frederick and beyond.
